Caturday: Colette and her Cats


Colette (1873-1954) was a prolific French fiction writer who wrote over 50 novels. She bought a pearl gray Chartreuse at a cat show in 1926, and wrote a novel La Chatte (The Cat) in 1933.

I bet my kitty would enjoy reading Colette's bio with me. I just saw it on my shelf yesterday. Good time to read it, now that El Nino is here.
